By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and begin the artwork. This helps ensure everything is on track before we start the fun part!
• Revisions are welcomed within reason. Before moving on to the final rendering I’ll share a draft of the lines for your feedback, and any changes at that stage can be made in terms of the form of the piece (large changes). Once you get the final work I can make minor changes, things like certain colours/ details changed or if you put out I've missed something. If you are the type to expect to continue just throwing changes and additions at me at this stage kindly do not commission me and work with some one who's workflow accomodates that. I literally do not have the time or patience to be your tool to rent. You are not renting my skills here. If you were I would be charging far more and by the hour.
• It’s really important to provide clear, accurate details about what you want. I’m also happy to work with general ideas if you prefer, but know I'm rolling with what you give me.
• I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio unless you request privacy beforehand. You’re free to use your commissioned piece however you like, as long as it’s within legal and respectful boundaries.
• All payments should be made in £GBP where possible. This helps avoid confusion with currency conversion and any extra fees.
• The work done is posted to my subs (on this site, patreon and subscribestar) a month before I post public. You can do what you like with your work as it's yours, but I will not be posting it public straight away. Of course it never gets posted at all if you ask for it to be private.
• My pricing is based on a custom quote for each commission. While the starting prices give a good estimate (almost always exactly the price), some projects may need flexibility to ensure the best result.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions or, if necessary, end a project with a refund percentage based on where the project is. This is extremely rare and only happens in situations where the project cannot move forward. Naturally if I've finished the commission to specification there is nothing to refund.
• If your idea isn’t selected this time, please don’t be discouraged! Feel free to resubmit in the future, sometimes my creative flow is in a different direction or I want to tackle certain kinds of work for the time being, I very may well be excited to work on it next time as a priority! I try to get to everyone's requests at some point.
• You’re welcome to share your ideas with me directly through Telegram or similar before filling out the official form. However, to keep things fair, I’ll only confirm commissions after reviewing all submissions through the form.
